Each County Councillor has a budget of £8k to spend on revenue or minor capital projects – go to http://www3.hants.gov.uk/grants.htm

These grants are usually in the range £500 -£1000.  Feedback indicates that it is best to invite your HCC councillor to your project and then submit the grant application.  They are an extremely useful source of funding for small projects
