The Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) is an independent charity dedicated to raising the educational attainment of disadvantaged pupils in English primary and secondary schools.

EEF’s vision is to  break the link between family background and educational achievement, ensuring that pupils from all backgrounds have the opportunity to fulfil their aspirations and make the most of their talents. For the first two years EEF's work is focused on children eligible for free school meals attending targeted primary and secondary schools.
