'No Second Night Out' - Homelessness Transition Fund Print E-mail

Housing Minister Grant Shapps has announced a new £20million Homelessness Transition Fund for the voluntary sector to help deliver the pledge to get rough sleepers off the streets.

'No Second Night Out' aims to identify new rough sleepers and help them off the streets immediately so that they do not fall into a rough sleeping lifestyle. Homeless Link, the national organisation representing homelessness charities in England, will administer the new fund.

Further information, including on how local voluntary organisations can apply for funding, can be found at http://www.homeless.org.uk/fund
