Welcome to Jo Clay, our new Health and Wellbeing Project worker. Jo is researching into how the voluntary sector contributes to the health and social care system and may well be contacting you soon.  She is looking at groups who help with the “prevention of obesity” and also those who assist with the “discharge of older people from hospital and the prevention of readmission”.
