All Inclusive PA School Print E-mail

The Start of the Care Revolution begins with the All Inclusive PA School.

As a carer you want more of a challenge than delivering proscriptive personal care within a set time limit with no opportunity to use your imagination or initiative.
As a disabled person you want more of a challenge to life than just existing each day with no excitement, challenges and goals.
Is there an answer to these two dilemmas?
Yes there is! All Inclusive Disability Consultants CIC has embraced the full spirit of Personalisation to produce a service that will create an everlasting difference to the provision of care and support to disabled people by providing them with a vehicle to Live Life and not the Label. The All Inclusive PA School will deliver the basic training within ten modules to become a Personal Assistant (PA): this is much more than a career, as you are assisting disabled people get more out of life.  This is not just about personal care - this is about helping disabled people fulfil volunteering and job positions, social events and community activities.
Much of PA-ing is around flexible working hours, so it suits a wide range of people: those retired who wish to boost their pensions, university students and single parent families who want to earn more and of course, those that want a complete career change.  If you are a “people-person” and would like a career where no two days are the same, then becoming a PA is for you!
The All Inclusive PA School has a database too.  This will be available for the potential PAs we train, as well as Professional Care Assistants who want to be employed by disabled individuals.  All PAs and Care Assistants will undertake CRB checks before they are added to the All Inclusive database.  All Inclusive then offers a matching service where disabled people let us know their support need requirements and we advise them of candidates from the database that match their requirements.  The disabled person is then offered matching candidates for interview: if they employ a candidate from our database we will then charge them a Placement Fee which is a one-off payment.
Potential PAs who undertake our ten module training course will, on completion have their CRB checks arranged by All Inclusive and their details entered onto the database for free.  Professional self-employed Care Assistants and Personal Assistants will be welcome to join our database for a small fee and they will need to pay for their CRB check.
We believe under Personalisation Personal Assistants and self-employed Care Assistants are the area of employment growth.  As more disabled people are awarded direct payments, self-directed care and individualised budgets to manage their own care and support packages, there is an important need to produce a trained workforce that will empower the disabled community and make this possible.
Iain Speed, Managing Director of All Inclusive Disability Consultants CIC, says “As a service user myself, I recognise the need for change to a more dynamic and imaginative system.  Under Personalisation disabled and older people need to employ staff with confidence.  All Inclusive will produce a potential workforce that is confident with appropriate training, so that disabled people do not have to start at stage one, but employ people on whom they can build the fundamentals to have the staff they want.”
