New Guide to Services for Older People Print E-mail

A new Directory of Community Services, Support and Resources for Older People in Petersfield 2009 is now available. This directory has been developed by Community First as part of the Petersfield Innovations Project.

The Innovations Project is a multiagency Hampshire wide initiative, which aims to identify older people at risk of losing their independence and link them back into their communities. Each Innovations team has members from health, adult services and the voluntary sector and works together to support older people in their local community.
The local voluntary sector provides a wide range of services and support for older people and their families and the aim of this directory is to give those organisations and individuals working with older people current information about the range of services available. The Directory will be updated every six months.
